Market Replay Not Working

I'm having an issue with connecting to the Market Replay. There is no data showing up anywhere once I download the market replay and connect. Here is a video:

Thank you for contacting us.

I see that Market Replay's date/time slider is set to August when the 12-14 contract of ES would have been invalid. Please right click in the window, select Go To and move to the date which you downloaded data for and I expect that data will display normally.
