Is it possible to scroll to last instance of a certain price?

In my trading I like to look to the left of current price action to see how price behaved in that area before. However sometimes there is no data to the left for a long, long time...perhaps weeks or months, if the trend is strong. Manually scrolling back far enough can take ages...so I'm wondering, is there a way to automatically scroll the chart back to the last time price action was in an area / at a certain price? if not, would an indicator theoretically be able to do this?

There is no built in method for this, also I'm not aware of a custom script on the forum that does this.

Thanks...does this seem like something that could be custom programmed? In other words, do you think an indicator or something would be able to access the controls which move the chart?

I'm not too sure.

Its something I've never played with before.

I'll keep this thread open in case any of our users have done this
