I wanted to create a strategy wizard where I showed the bars that have a length greater than 20 ticks, so that between the minimum and the maximum of the bar there is at least this length

To do this you will need to subtract the Low from the High and then divide by the tick size.

This cannot be done with the Strategy Wizard.

For example:
