Unkown Trade State

Running Strategies, unchecked Cancel Entry/Exit Orders when Strategy disabled. I restart my NT and the Order Handling was not obeyed. Furthermore, I have many "Unknown" states. See attached.

Now I have to manually add all my Exit parameters which defeats the purpose of auto-trading and also interferes with my Strategy logic.

retrofx, which broker connection / technology are you using here? Which NT7 release version is used? You could check this under Help > About.

Thanks retrofx, yes for FXCM the unknown order states would be expected if an order from a prior session was filled or cancelled (terminal state) before connecting or during a connection loss on your current session. We highlight this in our disclaimer when setting up a connection of this type as well.
