Data Not Updating with Active Connection

    Data Not Updating with Active Connection

    Left lower corner displays "Green" connected status to FXCM Demo. The Connect > menu displays active connection to FXCM Demo. There are no errors in the Log related to connection losses that were not revised. How do I prevent this from happening? It has happened before.

    So that I may investigate this matter further please contact me at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20140930.txt' file.
