Trades not displayed

Hello,

Since I use IQFeed as data feed (IB is the broker), the trades are not displayed any more in the chart and in the account performance. As if there was not trade at all. But the Log tab and Executions tab of Control Center list the trades.
NT connects 1st to IQFeed then IB.

What's wrong ?

Hello,

Please make sure that the IB account is selected within this chart. An easy way to do this is to enable Chart Trader via the 4th icon from the right in the chart's toolbar - the account selected in the Accounts field of Chart Trader would dictate which account's executions are displayed within the chart.

Thank you for clarifying.

Were all orders placed through this speicfic instance of NinjaTrader? NinjaTrader does not have the ability to download historical executions from the broker to back fill performance reports. The system will keep record of only those orders placed through NinjaTrader.

I have been trading with NT each day for 1 year. I know this (trivial) stuff...

Please send me your database file so that I may further investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. Make sure that the database option is checked before sending.
