Problem Logging On to NinjaTrader

I just started getting this message when I try to make a connection:

"Login Failed: Unspecified Login Error".

NinjaTrader Version: 7.0.1000.25

Provider: CQG

Broker: Apex.

Simulated Trading only.

Is this a demo account that you are connecting to?

If so, you would want to contact the broker and ensure that the account has not been disabled

Ok, thanks. I actually sent him an email this morning asking me exactly that but have not gotten a response as of yet.
