LONG Delay in displaying order data in DO

hi, I have a problem that, often, after I switch a contract in the DOM dropdown menu (it's a dynamic dom i think - linked with yellow to 1 chart... I think i only have 1 chart window in total running in the workspace)

it's kinda blank.. the DOM.. the chart works fine, displaying price and everything correctly .. immediately after switching

then after some many many seconds, but i think under a minute.. although I haven't timed it, finally the data is displayed.

How do I speed this up?

is it because of the CQG feed? or some other reason?

is this normal? or can I do something to improve this.. I'm just starting to use ninjatrader again after a year or so, and I don't remember this in the past.. athough I was mostly a 6 or 6.5 user and this is now 7
