    Problem w. Patsystems?

    NT crashed on my Spike account this morning. They say it's a problem w. NT. Still not up 3 hours later. What's the deal?

    The problem was that there was something wrong with Spike servers. They reset their servers however, upon an attempt to re-connect after the server reset, the server sends order records for cancelled orders with quantity of zero. During the recovery process (during connection) NT validates order information to ensure that the information is accurate. When it sees an order quantity of zero it halts the connection process. I have spoken to Spike and asked them to remove this information. If they do, you will be able to log back on, if not, you will be able to log back on during the next session.
