FXCM GER30 CFD on SuperDOM

Hello

I am trying to setup a connection to FXCM UK to follow the GER30 CFD on Ninja.

I am able to create charts using this instrument but when I try to have the price feed on the SupeDOM I cannot select the instrument GER30_CFDEUR from the drop down list on SuperDOM.

Is it possible to have this intrument on SuperDOM?

I am running 7.0.1000.25 and have already done a Reset of Instruments

Hello chmarin,

Unfortunately this is a known limitation. CFD's are not supported in the SuperDOM. You can use ChartTrader instead of the SuperDOM to submit orders. More information regarding ChartTrader can be found at the link below.

Thanks for your note.

At this time this would still be a known limitation with NinjaTrader 7. However, this is something that would be available in NinjaTrader 8 with the Dynamic SuperDOM.

CFD with NT8 DOM

Hi everyone

I have NT8 with a live FXCM account in France.

In the Instrument Manager, all CFD instruments are loaded into the default instrument list:

I can load charts with these instruments and all works fine.

However, in the NT8 SuperDom, while I can locate any Futures instrument, all cfd (and all forex) instruments can not be located.

I would appreciate some advice as to how to load CFD instruments in the NT8 SuperDom.

Hello Rizki,

Can you please make sure you use the Dynamic SuperDOM. The Static SuperDOM is limited to futures. You should be able to select forex and CFD's in the Dynamic SuperDOM.

How to find dynamic SuperDom, I didn't find it on the "New" menu in Control Center ?...
I attached a screenshot of the "new" menu.
