Free Trial License to Regular License in Vendor License Management

I just set up 3rd Party Indicators to have a 7 day Free Trial. Normally, I would manually set up all requests for free trial under the regular license option. I now have users that have taken the free trial that have purchased the indicators. With some, the free trial has expired and with others they are still in date range of the free trial. The purchased indicators that I have set up regular licenses, will work as long as the free trial date is still in effect. Once the free trial ends, the indicators no longer work, even though I have set up a regular license for the machine ID and an end date well into the future. I have sent in support requests via email, but have not received any answers or help. I have now set the free trial number of days to zero. I feel like I am trying just about anything to get the purchased indicators and regular license to work.
