Login failed: Trading Account Has Been Manually Locked Out

Hi!

I am having troubles establishing a connection with ninjatrader.
Yesterday it worked perfectly fine but since today I am getting the following message:

Login failed: Trading Account Has Been Manually Locked Out

I tried to restart my computer but I it still does not work.

Please help!

Thanks for your post.

Can you please contact your broker directly and double check with them why your account has been locked out. They should be able to unlock the account for you.

Hello, I too am experiencing the same issue. My account connects to my broker feed just fine in NT7 but NT8 locks me out. Any suggestion's?
