Data Gap Question...

Had several CQG data gaps today on tick charts...
after this created a new 1 minute chart and no data gaps show there...
is there a way to create a new tick chart with no data gap
without closing Ninja...??

Hello,
You can create a new chart with NinjaTrader by going to Control Center->File-> New-> Chart. You do not need to shut down NinjaTrader to create a new chart.
So I may investigate what is occurring please send me your log and trace files.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
