Error Downloading Replay Data

In as much as I was able to download 'Replay Data' last night (for two days, CL 10-14), for some reason, I am unable to do the same since this morning.

The data I am trying to download is for CL / 10-14 / Sept 9, 2014:

I get the following message: "Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later."

I have tried to do this a few times already today, to no avail.

Please advice.

Thank you for writing in.

I have seen several reports of this from earlier today. As of 5 PM EDT, I was able to download replay data successfully. Please shut down NinjaTrader and restart your PC.

Please let me know if you continue to experience the same after restarting your PC.
