Strategy Analyzer Missing Data

After saving a Strategy Analyzer test then opening it there is no data in the Graphs, Execution, and Trades tabs, regardless of how long I want for it to try to load.This seems to occur with saving a single test, i.e. EURGBP rather than with saving multiple tests at the same time (EURGBP, EURUSD, EURCHF...), where I can then right click on a test and select Performance Viewer. This error is 100% reproducible when performing a backtest on a single instrument.

I am unable to reproduce this on my end, can you provide detailed steps to re-create this item?

I would not expect that it could be reproduced since our environments are probably not exactly the same. Is there a way to research this i.e. logs... memory leaks... without me giving you my strategy? We have done this in our platform so it should be available.
