Problems on my chart

Hi everybodies

I have this problem on my chart: I'm trading on SIM 3 instruments, CL - GC and BRN. I usually upload two charts each instrument: one longer, 18 range and the second shorter, using Unirenko T3R9O6. I wonder why on the shorter chart, BRN starts uploading datas from 15.00 (3:00 pm), while on the longer datas starts when my computer upload NinjaTrader, at 5.00 am. The other two instruments seem to have no problems uploading datas on the shorter chart.

Could anyone help me please? Tank you very much in advance

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center

Could you please provide a screen shot of the chart?

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file. Click Reply -> Go Advanced -> Paperclip Icon on the top toolbar

Hello Emanuele67,

What is the Session template you've selected for this chart?
Please right click in the chart--> Data Series--> Session template--> Change to 'Default 24/7' and see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, what happens when you reload historical data? Right click in the chart--> Reload all historical data.

It seems like that using "Default 24/7", the instrument runs in the shorter chart
