Any had any problems with Kinetick's minute data?

Within the last 10 days minute data from Kinetick has not been populating my charts a couple times. Now I have zero minute data, only tick data.

I am not aware of issues with minute data and Kinetick.

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please disconnect Kinetick and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the charts load the requested data.

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.
