Message: Data Server System is unavailable

I can't seem to connect. Top message keeps popping up.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Message: Data Server System is unavailable' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Thanks for the prompt reply Jason. I have sent you a message however a message popped up saying that 'target computer blocked the request'(rough translation from Dutch) but then another message followed up notifying that the message was sent successfully. So hereby I would just like you to confirm that you received the inquiry.
