After Crash - Strategy Generation Error

When shutting down Ninja, I often receive an error stating the Ninja had a problem and must shut down. This error normally occurs when I am connected to two or more feeds. The message flashes up on the screen for a second then is gone, as the exit of Ninja has already been initiated. I believe I have seen this error posted elsewhere on the forum and I have reported it in the past via email.

In any event, after the most recent crash today, when trying to modify a wizard based strategy, I received the following error:

"The following NinjaScript file(s) have programming errors and must be resolved before compiling:"

Metadata file C:\Users\........\NinjaTrader Vendor.dll could not be found"

Code CS0006

where ....... is the local path to the Ninja install

Running 6.5.1000.1

I have run a repair, no luck. Any other suggestions?

Your NT installation is corrupted. I suggest giving it a fresh start by:
- uninstalling NT
- manually deleting <my documents>/bin/Custom folder. Note: this will delete any custom NinjaScript file
- manually delete file <my documents>/Config.xml. Note: this will delete all your account connection settings
- clear your browser cache
- download and reinstall NT 6.5
- on startup: do NOT opt for migrating NT6 settings
- reenter your account connection settings

You should be good then.
