Non data on Continuum

I have a problem. Trying to connect the last four hours using Continuum data.
A do not work.

I have last ver NT.

Hello fLife,

Can you please tell me what happens when you try to connect. Do you experience a connection error? If so, please tell me what the error message states.

Could this be a NinjaTrader Continuum demo connection?

Normally join. In status bar is: connected - Ninja Trader Continuum. And the Grenn.

The information shows you are connected successfully. However realtime data is not received. Can you please proceed as follows.

Disconnect the NinjaTrader Continuum connection and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. Click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data.
