No data on Continuum (FGBM & FGBF)

Hi,

I am getting level two data for FGBLZ4 but NOT for FGBMZ4 and FGBF. So the contract months are right I have checked that (December contracts)

I read another post and you advized to restart the router. I did that. Its not the router.

I have checked with another platform S5 trader using IQFeed and its working fine through thier platform and another feed.

So this leave me with a problem, ninja is not functioning correctly or Continuum is not
reliable.

I use jigsaw dom, It doesnt show on their doms and it also doesnt show level two data for both products (FGBM and FGBF) on ninja level two. It must be the data provider Continuum.

I have re-checked you have listed the products in the ninja product list pdf so should be available to trade they are my primary products that I trade.

I have restarted ninja about 10 times now and tried different things.

Any help?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, No data on Continuum (FGBM & FGBF)' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
