    Error upon trying to install NT7

    I bought a 3 month license. Today I am installing on an XP machine. When I click the icon to open NT I get a window prompting me to enter my license (it says I have an expired license - I suppose because I used to own a subscription). When I enter my license and hit OK, nothing happens.

    I tried hitting cancel instead of ok and NT continues to load. Within seconds I get the attached error. Please advise.

    So that I may investigate this matter further please contact me by email at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need to take a look at the 'trace.20140909.txt' file.
