Not receiving data

I'm using the Kinetick end of day data service, which use to update every day, but now stops at 11 Aug 2014. Any guidance on what to check to unplug the pipes would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?
Which type of bar is requested in the chart? (tick, day, minute, etc.)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I'm using 7.0.1000.25 with daily and monthly charts for ES 09-14. There are no errors on the charts. The Control Center page has a note at the bottom "Connected - Kinetick," which looks good.

Log entry is:

Thank you for clarifying.

Based on this I would recommend that you shut down NinjaTrader then open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder. Delete the sub-folder named 'Cache' then restart NinjaTrader. Finally, reconnect to Kinetick's EOD feed and reload data in your ES 09-14 charts.

I tried this sequence with no change. I then discovered an "end date" value in the data series dialog box, which was set to 11 August. I changed it to "today" and now things are working.

I don't recall ever changing this value, but apparently I did somewhere along the way. Sorry for taking up your time on this.
