Noob question re ATM strategies

Hi All,
Sorry for the noob question but ...
If I am trading live with a broker (MBT for example) and I set a limit order with an ATM strategy for my stops and targets, what occurs if I am offline ?
Does my limit order remain active with the broker and the ATM strategy remains active as well ?
Or does my limit order remain active and my atm strategy becomes null and void, i.e. so I have no stops and targets in place ?
Or is it something else entirely ?

If my order remains and the ATM becomes null and void is there another way that I can place my limit order with stops and targets that will remain active if i am offline ?

Thanks for your post.

A live working order that is submitted to the broker, will continue working on the brokers server until it is filled. (This means that it has an accepted and working state).

These orders will continue working if NinjaTrader is closed.

Any orders submitted to the Sim101 account will not continue working when NinjaTrader is closed as the Simulation engine is the local broker for these orders; this ceases to function when NinjaTrader is closed.

Also, NinjaTrader will not be able to submit orders when closed.
