saving data for reinstall

I'm about to do a clean reinstall of windows, which will require, among other things, reinstalling NinjaTrader.

Is there a way to save the locally stored data so that it can be reinstalled once reinstall Ninjatrader?

Please advise if so and how. Thanks.
