CQG Data Problems

    CQG Data Problems

    Hi

    I'm on CQG with Global Futures and as of this morning I get no historical Eurex data.
    The charts always start at the first bar of the day when I restart Ninja or when I click on "reload historical data"

    Please advise.

    EDIT: I don't get ANY historical data, not just Eurex

    PS: why is it that when I hit "Repair DB" or "Reset DB", the computer always freezes...

              Hello laocoon,

              Can you please disconnect CQG and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the charts load the requested data.

              If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

              If the charts still do not load data as expected, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, CQG Data Problems' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.

                    I am able to reproduce the missing data on my end. The following instruments are affected:

                    FDAX 09-14
                    YM 09-14
                    GC 12-14
                    Z 09-14

                    I will send a report to our server team. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                      Thanks Jason. I really hope that this will get solved before 1530 CET, as unfortunately when such problems occurred in the past it almost always took a whole day to fix them.

                          Missing Data

                          Jason: same thing on my end. I'm with AMP & CQG. Looks like the TF & ES is not affected but getting missing data on the NQ & 6E. Could you check on your end and make sure you are getting the same results as I am ( i.e. NQ & 6E missing data). Thanks, Paul

                            Yes the 6E 09-14 and NQ 09-14 are affected as well.
