    License problem

    I sent two hours before an email to s[email protected] and received no answer until now. Only the auto-generated email.

    Yes, we have received your email and have forwarded it to our sales department who will follow up with you once they are in the office.
    Please keep in mind that our regular operating hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM American Eastern till 6:00 PM American Eastern..

    In addition, please use 'platformsupport at ninjatrader dot com' to send in emails from now on as we have changed our direct contact address to this from the former 'support at ninjatrader dot com'.
