New install 'Unable to connect to database'

Hello, I have installed NT 7 and also installed the SQL Compact 3.5 sp2 as well as installed the hotfix for SQL Compact 3.5 sp2 and am receiving an error I see many have had in the past, but I cannot resolve it.

On startup, error:
Unable to connect to database 'Data Source='xxxx\NinjaTrader7\db\NinjaTrader.sdf"'': ObjectSpace: Connection String is Invalid = Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

I tried uninstalling the SQL Companct 3.5, uninstalling NT, restart machine, reinstall SQL Compact x86 first, install x64, make sure old NT files deleted from Program FIles, install NT, restart machine, and try to start NT application and still getting this error message. Any help on what to do next?
