Trouble connecting to license servers

Hi,
I am unable to connect this morning - says unable to connect to license servers. I tried twice and still had the problem.

It may be a bank problem with my debit card. I was recently reissued a new debit card because of a data breach at my bank.

Please advise...

Hello Mark,

I have deleted your license key from your post. This is a public forum, so others can copy your license key and use it.

There are three main reasons why this message appears.

- Your license is truly invalid however, I have tested this license here and it is a valid license.
- The license key has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that an incorrect character or space has not been entered at the end of your license key. Also, if the character "@" is present in the License Key we sent you, please include that as well, as it is part of the key.
- The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software

If none of the above resolutions work, please let me know.
