Continuum disconnecting

My Continuum connection just randomly disconnects and say's that is was disconnected because of a second login attempt. This happened last night around midnight and it happened on both of my logins. I have a VPS and my home trading computer and it looks like it logged them both out around the same time. I was in bed so I was not trying to login from anywhere else.

This has happened several times and I am testing some strategies and recording data so it really messes things up.

Can you please let me know what I need to do to correct this?

Thanks for your post.

I would recommend contacting your broker to change your password then update it in NinjaTrader by going to Tools> Account Connections
Select your account and press Change

this happened to me too, and i called and change the password, GUESS WHAT, it happen just right now AGAIN

"Login failed: Network connection to the Order Routing System is unavailable"

Me too.

This happened last Friday and it just happened again at 19:15 ET with my CQG account. Of course the brokerage is closed both times it happened.
