6.5 Bug in Autoscale with Plot executions MarketsOnly

Version 6.5.1000.1

With Chart Properties/Plot exections set to MarkersOnly, the screen is not scaling properly. There is too much white space below the marker. Once another bar paints that has a much lower low than the bottom of Marker, the chart scales properly. See attached screen shots. I've fully expanded the chart (clicked and dragged in the YAxis area) so the chart is fully expanded.

I'm guessing the scale code is assuming there is text below the marker (the scale code is not distinguising between MarkersOnly and TextAndMarker).

I don't think version 6.0 was doing this.
