Nasdaq Index chart not Displaying???

Could I get some help with displaying the NDX index please.

This is how I have been trying to bring up the chart.

All I get is a blank screen???

Hi,

Does the loading screen for the chart come up? Are you getting any errors in your Control Center --> Log tab?

Yes the loading chart screen comes up, but is blank.

As far as I can see there are no errors in the log. Screen shot attached for you.

Also attached screen shots of the symbol mapping etc. not that I have changed anything, but thought it might help with the solution.
