Can't connecct to CQG today

    Can't connecct to CQG today

    Hello,
    For some reason when I try to connect to my live CQG connection, I get the following error message.

    Login failed: Failed to receive login message response from SecBuf.

    Can someone please help me to figure out how can I fix the issue?

      Hello,

      Thank you for your post.

      We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you start by restarting the PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If you encounter further issues with this connection attempt after rebooting please let me know and I will provide further instructions.

        Ditto. Log Tab indicates I am connected but there is no Live data coming thru and the Historical has not updated for Sunday Night. Last tick still Friday close.

          Hello,

          It appears that you are able to connect based on the lines in the log image you provided. Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
          What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

            I AM no have data feed with continuum last version,NQ,M6E NT Version = 7.0.1000.25

                Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140824.txt' file.
