    Contiuum Demo not connecting

    I recently downloaded the platform and have been working with Interactive Brokers data. Today I wanted to check the continuum data feed so I entered the login credentials, however everytime I try to connect it says that I have a wrong username and/or password. I have checked the credentials many times, tried the "reset instruments" in the data options tab, but still getting the error.

    Can you let me know what I must do to check out the continuum data feed.

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you send an email to 'platform support at ninjatrader dot com' and refer to this post.
    Include in this email your configuration file so we can test on our end. Furthermore, put in the subject 'For Vince'.

    • You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
    • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

    Once located, please attach the config.xml file to your email.
