Problem upgrading from 6.5 beta to new 6.5

I'm getting an error message when upgrading from the latest 6.5 beta (6.5.10??) to the new official NT 6.5 that was just released.

It only asks me if I want to repair or remove (not install), and then I get the following error message:

A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\DOCUMEN-1\LOCALS-1\Temp\tmpB9.tmp

If the latest beta is the same as the new release, perhaps I don't actually need to upgrade and that's what's causing the problem???

Thank you for your post.

Please uninstall the Beta version from Add/Remove Programs.

Then clear your cache and history from your browser, and install the 6.5.1000.1 from the website once more.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Yes, that's what I did while waiting for your reply. Worked fine.

Now I have a different problem: The new 6.5 supposedly added a Range Counter indicator. However, when I use it, it says "Range Counter only works on Range bars" even though it is a Range Bar chart, or a RangeAlt chart.
