Hello. I am helping a friend download Ninja on her PC. She had an older version and she wanted to update her platform so she uninstalled it and when she tries to download the new version of ninja it says that "it already exists". I checked all of her files and programs and there is nothing from Ninja Trader. Can anyone help?

Is the actual setup.exe file the file that already exists or is the NinjaTrader installation reporting that NinjaTrader is already installed?
May I have a screenshot of the error you are getting?
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
