FXCM Demo Acct - Problem downloading historical data

The connection with FXCM (Demo Acct) was fine until today. I received error messages :

Error on loading chart data for '$EURUSD Default': Downloading historical data for $EURUSD failed: HTTP send request failed object='/pricearchive/catalog.xml?858383051=1811788035' errorCode=12007,

I have tried repairing & resetting database, resetting instruments as well, but error message remains. I am still receiving realtime data. I am just unable to download historical.

So that I may further investigate please contact me by email at Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20140819.txt' file.
