CL, NG, ZS charts not plotting

10-14 CL, 09-14 NG and 11-14 ZS charts not plotting, all are showing no overnight. Tried to repair DB and reset DB, tried to reload historical data and open a new chart still all failed. DOM works and the index futures all work.

Please advise. Thank you.

Thank you for your forum post.


In order to assist you, please let me know the following:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• (For a chart) what interval is selected?
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

You can initially troubleshoot the situation by resetting your instruments:

When you perform an instrument reset, the following actions will occur:

• User added instruments will not be affected.
• Any changes you have made to the original instrument settings will be reset
• Any changed symbol mappings will be reset including changes made for use with the Automated Trading Interface.

• Disconnect from any data providers.
• Control Center > Tools > Options...
• Data tab > Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
