History data unusual size

In order to assist you further, please let me know the following:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• (For a chart) what interval is selected? (Example: 1 minute, 4 range, 89 tick, 1 day etc...)
• Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Can you right mouse click on the chart background > Reload all historical data and have the bars appear as expected?

Please troubleshoot this situation by deleting your cached chart and daily historical data:

• Close NinjaTrader
• My Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the Day and Cache folders
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Connect to Kinetick EOD and re-test XAUUSD and XAGUSD

Please let me know if this does not help to resolve the situation or if I can provide any further assistance.
