Can't veiw my daily, weekly and monthly charts....HELP...

Hi all. I seem to be having a problem in veiwing my daily weekly and monthly charts. I get a blank chart. I've tried downloading historic data but still a no go. I'm relatively new to this platform and I'm probably not doing something right but if someone would be so kind to help me it would be very much appreciated. I have the 6.5 version if that helps. Thanks...

Thanks NT Dierk for the reply. I am connected to the Gain's feed and the instrument is currency....

My daily, weekly, etc. charts for YM are blank, too. My data provider is Zen-Fire. Why please?

Unfortunately there is no daily/weekly/monthly/yearly data available for Zen.
