How to setup a range bar chart?

Hello,

I am very new to NT. I am using a demo account and I have added a FXCM Account Connection. I am using the $GER30_CFDEUR chart, which I understand in the GER30. I wish to use a Range Bar Chart (5 Units), but I do not have Range Bar as an option in the Drop Down menu. I cannot work out how to change the chart type.

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

The option for Range bars can be found in the Data Series window.

The Data Series window is the window that first opens when you open a new chart. You can access the Data Series widow on an open chart by right clicking on the chart and selecting Data Series.

Once in the Data Series window select 'Type', select 'Range' from the drop down menu, set the 'Value' and press OK.

You can also change the interval by typing directly on the chart.

For example, to change the chart to a 5 Range chart you wll want to left click on the chart to select it, type '5R' and press the Enter key. The chart will now change to a 5 Range chart.
