Kinetick EOD No Data

I tried connecting to Kinetick EOD but unable to get any data.
I reset instruments, restarted, no data.
I reset DB, restarted, no data.

When I connect to K-EOD it connects fine, but won't display any data when I open a new chart. If I un-connect & connect back to my normal Rithmic everything is fine.

Any ideas?

What kind of time interval are you running on the chart? Minute, Daily, etc.

The Kinetick EOD only supports Daily data. You would not be able to receive intraday data like Rithmic does.
