Problem connect iqfeed

i'm connect correctly to iqfeed....But...i don'it load a chart

Hello turbofib,

The lower left corner of the Control Center does not state 'Connected' in green, which normally shows when properly connected. I understand it shows greyed out in the Control Center-->File-->Connect menu, which indicate you are connected.

Could you please try a restart of NinjaTrader (if not already) and check if you get properly connected and if you can load charts.

If the issue remains, please send me the log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Att Jason, Problem connect iqfeed' in the subject header and enable 'Log and trace files'.
