    Does Ninja Suuport ETFs?

I seem to be getting mixed answers on this topic. Does Ninja support ETF order entries?

    Many thanks!

Yes, you can set this up in the Instrument Manager as a stock.

Thanks for your reply, Ray. However, I already get the quote feed for the ETF instruments, but when trying to execute a trade, I get an error prompt saying something about "invalid route". Any ideas?

Thanks, a few more questions -

            - Are you on the latest NT 6.5.1000.1 ?
            - MBT Navigator 11.XX
            - For the ETF that you are trading, is the exchange set up as "Default" ?

              Thanks to you, Ray.

              1) yes, latest NT version you listed above.

              2) MBT Navigator 11.0.0.1

              3) exchange selected is only "Amex"

BTW, this error prompt came when attempting execution in SPY.

Can you add "Default" as an exchange option. Then remove SPY from any default instrument list, add it back using Default exchange instead of Amex and try again.

Thanks for your patience and help. That solved the matter!

Just FYI, when emailing Ninja Support regarding this issue, I was told that NT does not support ETFs. Not sure why the mixed information, but I saw a comment from Josh saying the same, though he retracted afterwards which was why I was confused and felt I was getting mixed information.

But walking through this with you, you've proved otherwise.

                  Thanks again!
