Bug with caching of histoical data causes NT to always connect and fetch data

Hi,
I noticed that NT always connects and fetches historical data for instruments that I backtest on.

Even if I do consecutive tests with the same bars on the same instrument, everytime I hit backtest or optimize, the control central always shows a status that is connects and saves the historical data before starting to optimize.

I remember that before it wasnt like that...and when I connect and optimize on one instrument , the next time I backtest on that same instrument with the same bars, the optimization process would normally start instantly (and thus save some substantial amount of time).

Could it be 'To date' is set to today, so it is expected that data is loaded each time?
