SendMail

I am using the email interface to get the orders from TS8.3 to Ninja. Is there any capability within the current NT to send an outbound email so that I can create alerts? I want to focus on risk alerts such as the connection being lost to MBT, positions being out of sync etc.
Does the dll have functions that can be coded in EL to replicate the SendMail capability?

I am unclear as it seems that SendMail() is for a NinjaScript to be run in a NT chart or can I use it in an EL as applied to TS using the dll?

This is not supported in the DLL.
