I'm using NinjaTrader Brokerage and I did not receive my statements for 31 Jul and 1 Aug.
I had also deposited funds on 31 Jul, however, when i'm connected to Continuum, i do not see my account balance updated with my deposited funds.
I had emailed Ninjatrader Brokerage Support a few hours ago but have not gotten any response.
Please can you advise on next steps?
