Demo license key not working

Hi,
I currently use 6.5.08 for sim. I want to download the latest version of 6.5, but when I input my license key I get the message:
"...the license ID you entered was not correct"
Should I just request a new license key as if I have never downloaded NT?

Start NT and go to the menu Help > Download. That will take you directly to the download page.

Thanks. Will everything from my current version of 6.5 be loaded into the new version? Indicators, etc.

Yes, it will remain as long as you don't delete the NinjaTrader directory in your My Documents folder.
