Hello,

There are exactly 4650 instruments from the Brazilian BM&F (Bolsa de Mercadorias e Futuros) that eSignal is capable of providing data for. Of course I'm not adding all of those manually, so I thought on using the "Import Stock Symbol List" feature for them, as I have a list in TXT format.

More precisely, what parameters should I choose in "Traded on" and "Session template"?

Please select the exchange these products trade on with the 'Traded on' drop down menu.

II do not have a recommendation in terms of which session template to use however you can view the hours which make up the various session templates included within NinjaTrader via the Session Manager. (Tools > Session Manager)

Kyle, thanks for the prompt reply. What exactly does the session template influence on charting and placing orders? If I choose a wrong template what are the implications?

Hello,

Session Template dictates the daily open/close times used when charting intraday data. Please note that this setting will only set a default for the instruments and can be adjusted at any time within the chart itself.

To adjust the Session Template setting used within a chart, right click in the chart and select Data Series. You will find the Session Template setting on the right.
