CQG HostedAdapterFromProvider error message

Greetings All. My CQG connection during after hours is constantly trying to load the futures options positions I have in my account and keeps disconnecting the strategy with the follow error message int he log for each of around 30 options positions in the account:

HostedAdapterFromProvider: unable to convert exchange 'NYMEX' and ticker 'LOU4 C13100'

Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Its is creating havoc with my 24 hours futures strategies. ~ Jeremiah

with a screen shot, the trace file, and the log file.
